Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-27
By installing GoogMeetSlack in your Slack workspace or using the hosted service at gmslack.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app.
1. The service
GoogMeetSlack is a Slack application operated by D6SC that lets your teammates schedule Google Meet meetings from Slack and post AI-generated meeting summaries into Slack threads. The service depends on Slack's platform, Google's Calendar and Meet APIs, and (unless you BYOK) Google's Gemini AI Studio.
2. Your responsibilities
- You will only use the service in compliance with Slack's Terms of Service, Google's Terms of Service, and applicable law.
- You will not use the service to violate the privacy of meeting participants, run spam, or attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass security controls.
- You are responsible for obtaining consent from your meeting participants for transcription and AI summarization where required by local law.
3. Fees
Paid tiers are billed monthly per workspace via Stripe. You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellation ends further billing at the next cycle; no refund is issued for partial months.
4. Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. The service depends on third-party APIs (Slack, Google) whose outages will affect our availability.
5. Warranty disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, D6SC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7. Termination
You may uninstall the app or run /meet disconnect at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service for a workspace for material breach, non-payment, or behavior that endangers other users.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which D6SC is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
